Blanco's preparation for the hurricane?
Here is an interesting post I found on The Political Teen. They found a 2003 debate where Blanco had to describe what she would do in the event of a Category 5 hurricane headed towards Louisiana. Too bad it wasn't this simple.http://thepoliticalteen.net/2005/11/14/blancolied/
