I am a senior majoring in Political Communication at Louisiana State University. This blog is our final project for my senior seminar. After the past few months, I became very interested in the recovery efforts of Hurricane Katrina -- specifically New Orleans. Hence, the birth of this blog.

Unfortunately, it appears the T-P is trying to trick the citizens of Louisiana into supporting a bill that does more harm than good:
